At LPNY® Leather Paws New York we know our Pets are unique and it is tough to find the right fit. We understand sometimes even after studying the measurements the item just may not fit as expected. We offer a streamlined exchange process that will help eliminate work for you while saving you retail costs of shipping and handling!

• Includes Prepaid Shipping Label to send the product back to us.
• Includes Shipping Cost for the new shipment.
• We will have record of returns. You will not be required to provide tracking number or keep track of any records.
• Much cheaper than paying standard retail shipping charges at USPS, UPS or FedEx.
• Fast shipment of replacement product.

Exchange Process:

It's simple! If you fall within our Returns and Exchange policy; Simply e-mail us at [email protected] with your request. We will issue you a RMA and provide you a unique link for Exchange Shipping Fee payment. You will also be required to pay additional product price differences based on your selection. We will bill you for that difference with the same link. Once the payment is processed; you will receive a Shipping Label via e-mail. Place that Shipping Label on the package, and leave it in your mailbox for your USPS delivery mailman to pick up!

2. E-Mail [email protected] with your request in a timely manner.
3. Pay Shipping Fee via unique link provided by Customer Service.
4. Use the Shipping Label to return product received via e-mail.
