After the package is shipped; It is no longer the responsibility of Leather Paws Inc. to track and ensure delivery of the package. Buyer must contact the local postal agency or post office for tracking and delivery. If the postal carrier is unable to deliver the package due to reciever unavailability, unpaid custom duties or taxes, or any other reason; the package may be returned to us and we will not refund the shipping charges for the shipment that is 'Returned To Sender'. Refund will only be processed if the package is successfully returned back to us.
Gift Cards And Certificates
- Gift cards or certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
